This empowering workshop supports girls as they navigate the important physical, emotional, and social changes of growing up. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants explore topics such as puberty, body confidence, emotions, friendships, and self-esteem in a safe and supportive environment. The workshop encourages girls to embrace change with confidence, build resilience, and develop a positive understanding of themselves and their journey into adolescence.
